REFUND & RETURN POLICY - CuraContinua

RETURN PERIOD

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Seals on oils, supplements, or hygiene products must remain unbroken
  • All accessories, labels, and documentation must be included

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened:

  • Oils (if seal is broken)
  • Supplements (if seal is broken)
  • Personal care or ingestible products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Opened products may still be eligible for a refund or replacement if they are defective, unsafe, or not as described.

This does not affect your rights regarding defective goods.

RETURN Shipping COSTS

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during transport
  • Incorrectly shipped

We will cover return shipping costs.

Change of mind

If you:

  • Ordered the wrong product
  • Changed your mind
  • No longer want the item

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email info@curacontinua.com
Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged)

Step 2 – Return Authorization
We will provide:

  • Return approval
  • Instructions
  • Return address details

Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Step 3 – Repack
Securely repack the item in its original packaging.

Step 4 - Print the return label:
Once return shipping payment (if applicable) is received, we will email the return label.

Step 5 – Ship the Item
Return the parcel via the return location indicated in your instructions.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. We inspect the product.
  2. If approved, we process the refund.

Refund timeline:

  • Refund will be issued within 7 business days after approval.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product:

  • Contact our support team first.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Faster processing may be achieved by placing a new order and returning the original item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

We will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit (where agreed)
