We currently ship to:

If shipping to your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where shipment of specific products is restricted by local regulations.

FREE SHIPPING 

We offer:

  • Free standard shipping within Australia on all orders

DELIVERY TIME

Order Cut-Off Time:
5PM (GMT+10)

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time 0-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days 
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier conditions, and customs processing.

During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.

We ship with trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL

The carrier is selected based on destination, package size, and service level.
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Delivered damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will:

  • Initiate an investigation with the carrier
  • Provide a replacement or refund where appropriate

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is:

  • Returned due to incorrect address
  • Refused by the recipient
  • Not collected from a pickup point

We may deduct return shipping costs before issuing a refund.
